Background
Attorney Aaron Kenter is a staunch defender of property rights on behalf of Ohio landowners. Aaron represents landowners across Ohio in eminent domain cases against appropriating agencies, such as the Ohio Department of Transportation, Public Utilities, Pipeline Companies, and Municipalities. Additionally, Aaron represents landowners in negotiating oil and gas leases and solar power leases.
After earning his Juris Doctorate degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, Aaron initially practiced general civil litigation before focusing his practice in the areas of eminent domain and energy leasing. In 2019, Aaron was admitted to the partnership of Goldman Braunstein Stahler Kenter LLP.
Aaron is a current member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He lives in Powell with his wife, Rachael, and their three children.
