Background
Aaron Kenter is a partner at Goldman Braunstein Stahler Kenter LLP, where his practice is dedicated to defending the property rights of Ohio landowners. He represents clients in eminent domain cases against appropriating agencies including the Ohio Department of Transportation, public utilities, pipeline companies, and municipalities. His work also encompasses negotiating oil and gas leases, as well as solar power leases, on behalf of landowners.
Aaron earned his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He began his career in general civil litigation before concentrating his practice in eminent domain and energy leasing. He was admitted to the partnership of Goldman Braunstein Stahler Kenter LLP in 2019.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Aaron lives in Powell with his wife, Rachael, and their three children.
